Best way to get in contact and work with Hector:

1. First, search within Hector’s YouTube Channel to see if there are some of the answers to your accounting/Quickbooks/tax questions.
2. Send  an e-mail with DETAILS on your issue, question, or service request (mention if you saw a related video or article from Hector)
3. Hector will respond with estimate of time needed and price quote.   For larger/complex projects, Hector or someone from his office will contact you via phone.
4. Contact Hector’s office to schedule in-person, phone, or remote access meeting and pre-pay invoice.
5. Make sure to have  TeamViewer installed. We will most likely use it if we are working remotely on your computer.  If you request a RECORDED session, then we will use Zoom
6. Have all paperwork and pertinent information ready during the meeting to maximize the value of scheduled time.
